The front desk staff was nice.

My stay was extremely frustrating from the start. Upon arrival, the clerk was rude, making a bad first impression. The sheets had something on them, that was absolutely disgusting, causing us to sleep on top of the blankets.

Make sure to request a quiet room, as some AC units can be quite loud during the night.

Towels and bedding had stains, shower handle fell off, bathroom door was unsightly!!! Some updates and deeper cleaning would enhance the experience!!! Poor lighting in the room really detracted from comfort!!!

The room was comfy with a nice bed, but only had two small pillows. It was overall decent, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. Also, the noise from the air conditioner was a bit much. WiFi was okay, but not great. Just a mixed bag, you know?

I found my room at Days Inn & Suites By Wyndham Tuscaloosa, Univ. Of Alabama to be comfortable and well-appointed, with great lighting and convenient USB outlets, making it particularly suitable for seniors like me.

Better soundproofing would greatly enhance the experience.

The room was super clean and smelled fresh right when we walked in. I really enjoyed the tasty breakfast they served. There are some nice spots to relax, like the inviting pool and cozy lounge area. The only downside was a few stained towels, but honestly, it didn't ruin our vibe at all. 👍

However, the room I stayed in had issues such as a mildew smell and cleanliness concerns. The staff were polite, and the bed was comfortable, but I expected a better experience for the price I paid. I appreciated the comfortable bedding, which made the night manageable despite the room's drawbacks.
